Role: Brand Partnership InternLocation: Vidyavihar, MumbaiOnly for post graduatesWork type: On-siteTimings: 10:30 Am – 7:30 PmStipend: INR 5000 - 10,000Internship Duration: 6 MonthsWe’re looking for a proactive Brand Partnership Intern who can help us scale by generating leads, initiating conversations with brands, and supporting the agency in closing new business. This role needs someone confident with outreach, comfortable on calls, and genuinely interested in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation - Identify potential brands across beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, education, entertainment, and more. - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using LinkedIn, Instagram, marketplaces, and research tools. - Track leads and follow-up statuses in structured formats (CRM/Sheets).- Brand Outreach - Make daily cold calls to brands and marketing managers. - Draft outreach messages and emails for pitching agency services. - Book discovery calls for the founder and team.- Pitching & Coordination - Share company profile, pitch decks, and case studies with prospective clients. - Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and campaign ideas. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.- Market Research - Track competitor agencies, industry trends, and new brands entering the market. - Identify opportunities in festivals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.- Reporting - Prepare weekly reports on outreach, responses, meetings booked, and conversions.What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and calling skills. - Confident, energetic, and comfortable with daily outreach targets. - Basic understanding of influencer marketing (we’ll train you on the rest). - Ability to think strategically and understand brand needs. - Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and documentation.What You’ll Learn- High-level client acquisition strategies. - Real sales experience in the influencer marketing industry. - Structuring and pitching influencer marketing proposals. - How to think in terms of agency growth, revenue, and pipelines.Why Join Us?- Fast-paced environment. - Direct exposure to founder-level strategy. - Opportunity for a full-time role based on strong performance.
