Roles & Responsibilities:Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs · Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDesired Skills & Experience:At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain) Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project Profound understanding of Retail business processes Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness · Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities:Job Location: PAN India
