Company Description Cosima Solutions is expanding its SAP Retail consulting practice and is seeking experienced SAP Retail Master Data Consultants to join our offshore delivery team. If you have a strong background in Article Master, Site Master, Assortment Management, and Retail Data Structures within SAP S/4HANA or ECC Retail, we’d love to connect with you.Role Description Provide functional and technical support for SAP Retail Master Data (Article, Site, Merchandise Category, Hierarchies, and Assortments). Configure and maintain Retail-specific master data objects including Articles (Single, Generic, and Variant), Sites, and Listing Conditions. Manage and optimize Retail data lifecycle processes — creation, listing, delisting, and mass updates. Collaborate with business teams to define and implement Retail master data governance and data quality standards. Ensure seamless integration between Retail Master Data, SAP MM, SD, and FI modules. Support cutover, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live activities. Prepare and maintain configuration documents, process flows, and training materials. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve master data issues and propose continuous improvements.Qualifications 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail Master Data configuration and support. In-depth understanding of Retail data models — Articles, Sites, Merchandise Categories, Assortments, and Listing Procedures. Experience with S/4HANA Retail or IS-Retail environment is required. Strong knowledge of Material Master extensions, Article Hierarchy, and Reference Articles. Familiarity with ALE/IDoc processing, BAPIs, and data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, or SAP Data Services). Exposure to MDG (Master Data Governance) for Retail is a plus.
