About the role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth in the auto-loans sector? We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our Auto-loans vertical, in Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. This role requires someone who can integrate auto-loans with our existing credit card offerings, driving synergy and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
What you’ll do:
● Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the auto-loans business, ensuring alignment with the company's broader fintech and credit card offerings
● Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation
● Synergy Development: Collaborate with the credit card and other product teams to create synergistic solutions that enhance customer value
● Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the auto-loans portfolio, driving customer acquisition and retention
● Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L for the auto-loans vertical, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
● Product Innovation: Drive the development of innovative auto-loan products that meet evolving customer needs
● Compliance: Ensure the auto-loans business adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements
● Customer Experience: Enhance the end-to-end customer journey by improving service delivery and support processes
● Partnerships & Alliances: Build and nurture relationships with external partners such as auto dealers, OEMs, and financial institutions
