Job DescriptionRole: AVP, BIJob Description : Business Intelligence & Power BIAbout the Team:The Business Intelligence function serves as an independent, centralized unit for strategic thinking and decision support. Its purpose is to support the organization in achieving business objectives while driving efficiency across all key metrics within the Sales & Support functions.This team empowers all departments across the organisation by delivering business insights, strategic reports, and visual dashboards. It also analyzes customer behavior, market trends, and competition dynamics to support senior management into data-driven decision-making, fosteralignment with organizational goals, and enhance cross-functional engagement.What are the key responsibilities of this position?We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional for the role of AVP – Business Intelligence. The incumbent will need to understand & analyse the drivers of Business Intelligence. This role will be responsible for converting data into actionable insights to support strategic decision making and operational efficiency and excellence. This role involves closecollaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Fund management and the CEO's Office to deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.Key Responsibilities Include:Business Intelligence & Analytical Support to senior management in the area of distributor & Investor behaviour:Advising Senior Management team on business metrics, data driven insights, and trends.Develop customer segmentation strategies.Identify opportunities for developing cross-sell and up-sell strategies.Analyze redemption trends and customer behaviours and patterns.Understand, analyze and interpret distributor behavior.Track and report trends on product performance.Build and develop models for calculating profitability and pricing strategy across various markets.Market & Trend Analysis to Support Business Objectives:Extract, transform, and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.Conduct geographical analysis study of market share and gaps analysis.Analyze data from the digital ecosystem to understand the behavior and engagement patterns of customers acquired through online channels.Identify underlying trends and reasons for the drivers of key metrics, enabling corrective actions aligned with core business objectives.What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be Successful?Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute with 10+ years of relevant experience.Strong Data Analytical skills and capabilities with a detail-oriented approach.Creative problem-solver, with a focus on building customized solutions within business constraints.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Job Level - ManagerWork Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
