Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the requirement gathering, blueprinting, and documentation for SF RCM projects.

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module as per business requirements.

- Integrate RCM with Recruiting Marketing (RMK), ONB 2.0, and Employee Central (EC) where applicable.

- Support job requisition, candidate application workflow, interview scheduling, offer approval process, and related functionality.

- Define and execute test cases, unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (HR, IT, business) for end-to-end delivery.

- Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HR teams.

- Stay current with SAP SF product releases, roadmap, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM/SF, with at least 2+ full-cycle implementations in SF RCM.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, candidate experience, interview and offer processes.

- Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors RCM configuration, including templates (job requisition, job application), rating scales, route maps, and business rules.

- Experience in integrating RCM with RMK, ONB (Onboarding), and Employee Central.

- Knowledge of Recruiting Posting, Advanced Analytics, and Career Site Builder is a plus.

- Good knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and metadata framework (MDF).

- Experience in SAP CPI / Boomi for integrations is a plus.

- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Certified

- Certification in Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, or Employee Central is an advantage
