SAP SF Compensation: Functional Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Compensation Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions and will be responsible for implementing and supporting compensation management processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements related to compensation management.
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions according to client specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate the functionalities of the system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues related to compensation features.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding compensation processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to improve compensation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
  • Experience in conducting client workshops and training.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to compensation metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems integration.
