  • Provide Implementation Support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module
Key Skills
  • Implementation and support experience of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module
  • Certified in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience
  • Analytical skills to perform various analyses pertaining to RCM system and project stats
  • Able to coordinate and work in a global environment with multiple teams
  • Complete understanding of core recruitment process and integration experience with EC and Onboarding modules
Additional Skills
  • Good to have skills in SF EC, SF ONB, and SF PMGM
