As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to optimize processes across our warehouse, marketplaces, brand marketing, and finance departments.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth operations, improve Turnaround Time (TAT), and enhance cross-departmental workflows to keep us running efficiently. If you thrive on problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement, this role is for you


Key Responsibilities:

  1. TAT Optimization: Identify bottlenecks across production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to improve turnaround times.
  2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows, implement automation, and drive efficiency.
  3. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  4. Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and hand-offs between teams.
  5. Data Analysis: Monitor key metrics like TAT, production lead times, and inventory turnover. Use data insights to drive improvements.
  6. Capacity Planning: Forecast production and warehouse capacity to meet demand effectively.
  7. SOP Management: Review, update, and train teams on standard operating procedures to ensure alignment and scalability.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Vendor Monitoring: Oversee vendor TAT to ensure timely deliveries, supporting the merchandising team.
  10. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in operations, supply chain, or process improvement roles (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to overcome roadblocks.
  • Process Orientation: Proven ability to document, refine, and optimize operational workflows.
  • Data Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
