Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, experience in high-volume hiring, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure a diverse pool of applicants for each open position.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements during the recruitment and selection process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the EPC, fintech, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts for hiring in niche and technical roles.
