Coforge is seeking a talented Duck Creek Billing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing Center and Implementation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating Account and Pay Plans, generating Billing Forms, creating Invoices, processing Commission Reports, PCN processing, and implementing Instalment Schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex billing scenarios
  • Designing and implementing efficient billing processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless billing operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience with Duck Creek Billing Center and Implementation
  • Hands-on experience in creating Account and Pay Plans, generating Billing Forms, creating Invoices, processing Commission Reports, PCN processing, and implementing Instalment Schedules
  • Good knowledge of billing life cycle and various billing transactions
  • Good knowledge of Agency and Direct Bill
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
