The ideal candidate will generate and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to build team completely
  • Responsible for profit and loss of allocated area
  • Support the training and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate/drive/mentor sales team to generate and meet leads
  • Track and report all sales activities with total visibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis


Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
