Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices Business - Cardiology(AP&Telangana)
My Client is in the business of introducing & marketing medical devices in India by partnering with reputed manufacturers and multinational medical device companies.
JOB ROLE SUMMARY:
A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this veryrewarding Regional Manager role. They are looking to hire someone who canbring added value to the team.
Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad ;Area Coverage: AP& Telangana
Product Segment: Cardiology - (Interventional cardiology accessories, Cathlab etc.\
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To drive the sales strategy through Customer/KOL Management, Product Management, Business Strategy for Key Accounts and Driving Implementation of Sales Plan. The positionwill report directly to the Director and be responsible for: -
Responsible for managing team of talented individuals.
- Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Clinical operations of entire range of Thier products for the entire state of AP & Telangana.
- Proven Leadership experience and skills to effectively lead the clinical and sales team in the region.
- Responsible for the Revenue Objectives of the Region.
Initiate and Lead the marketing objectives - Customer engagement, Product positioningand Visibility activities.
- Manage and build relationships with the KOLs of the region and work towards buildinga strong positive perception of the company and the products.
- Strong Distributor management experience and skill sets.
- Manage the Top line and bottom line specific to the region and ensure effective ASPand cost management for sales specific to the region.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and work with different functions in the
company and drive effectiveness in the region.
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- A proven track record of 10 + years of experience, preferably from the Cardiovascular segment.
- B.Pharma/ Science graduate/ any equivalent qualification with an MBA
Good to have:
- Recent experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills. - Analytical and creative mind.
