Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional sales Manager at Sampangi Reality and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad.
- As a regional sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
- You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- You are responsible to take care of the team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a regional sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
