Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at CRAFTRONICS INDIA. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned region and regular coordination with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Experience in the Semiconductors and ESDM industry is preferred
- Knowledge of electronic technology solutions and products
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering / M.Tech -ECE / Diploma in Electronics / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Advantage if experience in Govt sector / PSU / DRDO Labs / Private Industry
