Position Overview: The Customer Support Executive will engage with potential customers and B2B affiliates, providing comprehensive information about our courses and brand. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively convey program details and address inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to leads from various channels, including direct customers and B2B affiliates.
  • Provide detailed information about Kaushalya Genius Kid Program's offerings, methodologies, and benefits.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support materials and FAQs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (not compulsory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex program details.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent data updating using Excel etc.
