- He should be Company Secretary with minimum experience of 4 Years with listed. (BSE/NSE) company Mainboard.
- He should be experience of handling the listed company independently.
- He should be responsible for mainly following broad activities:.
- Compliance with RBI / FEMA, Registrar of Companies (ROC) / Ministry of Company affairs (MCA).
- Compliance with Stock Exchange (SEBI, RBI, NSE, BSE) and Registrar and Transfer agents (RTA).
- Good communication skill, liaison with the Directors, Promotors, Shareholders and outsider Agencies, Investors (PE's), IPO related professionals
- Drafting and review of agreement.
Qualifications.
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
