Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.- Design and implement CRM workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules.- Build integrations with third-party applications using Web APIs and other integration tools.- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.- Customize and extend CRM UI to meet user and business requirements.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions for performance and scalability.- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for CRM applications.- Ensure CRM platform follows best practices, governance, and security standards.Technical Skills Required : - Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM- Proficiency in .NET framework and C#- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)- Expertise with Visual Studio for development and deployment- Strong knowledge of Web API, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM customization- Experience with CRM UI customization and workflow automation- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts- Familiarity with Agile development practicesEducation : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
