Job Title: ServiceNow ArchitectExperience Level: 8+ YearsLocation: HyderabadJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies and in pre-sales activities. You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing IT service processes, and mentoring technical teams.Key Responsibilities1. Solution Design and Architecture- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. - Develop technical strategies and architectural designs to meet business needs and industry best practices. - Create ServiceNow roadmaps, including upgrades, enhancements, and integration strategies.2. Platform Implementation and Customization- Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and UI components. - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs. - Develop and deploy custom applications to address unique business challenges.3. Governance and Standards- Establish and maintain platform governance, development standards, and best practices. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct platform health checks and implement strategies to optimize performance.4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions. - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on platform capabilities and strategic enhancements. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote ServiceNow adoption and proficiency.5. Team Leadership and Mentoring- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. - Review and approve technical designs, code, and deliverables to ensure quality. - Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. - Extensive experience in implementing ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules. - Proven track record of designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and delivering successful implementations.Technical Skills- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and customization. - Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS. - Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent. - Strong knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and mid-server. - Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles.Soft Skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Leadership abilities to guide teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Preferred Certifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
