- 8 to 10 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4+ years as an Architect. - Expertise in providing end-to-end architecture, solution design, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow implementations. - Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog). - Strong experience in CSM (case management, portals, omni-channel integrations). - Hands-on knowledge of GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk). - Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation. - Strong understanding of integration architecture using Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise connectors. - Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation features. - Expertise in Architecting solutions using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). - Expertise hands-on solutioning when needed (prototyping, technical POCs, troubleshooting). - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, encryption, RBAC). - Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworksPreferred certificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, GRC.
