**Requirements**:
**What you need**:

- At least 7 years in Engineering & Development or IT Manager role with solid experience specific to an architecture
- At least 3 years experience with the ServiceNow software suite functioning as a Solution Architect in multiple ServiceNow implementations
- Experience configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management
- Must have working experience in two or more of following modules specific to ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Asset Management, CSM, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, ITBM, HR Case Management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication.

**What you’ll be working on**:
As the ServiceNow Architect you will work with leadership team to drive definition and standardization of Service Management business processes across the ServiceNow assignments.

You will also direct significant aspects of the ongoing implementation of the ServiceNow software suite.
