As the Investments & Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for managing our global investment portfolio by evaluating and executing both greenfield and inorganic investments.

You will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment and integration across all functions and driving the company's strategic objectives and will be responsible for securing Investment approval from the Board.

This role will also oversee essential business EPC operations and support support teams.

Must haves for the role:

- B. Tech /B.E (Chemical) + MBA (Finance)

- Proven track record of successful Business leadership through delivery of Financial performance.

- Global strategy and investment management exposure particularly in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical sector

- Investment Banking experience will be added advantage

Indicative responsibilities include:

Business Strategy:

- Be the primary resource for undertaking all relevant strategic/commercial analysis as required, from a financial or strategic partnership perspective

- Undertake number crunching, financial analysis and detailed financial modelling as required

- Take lead on conducting industry research, market mapping, competitor analysis, go to market strategy etc. to assist in identifying new opportunities and ensuring risk mitigation

- Be a touch point for all deliverables of the Strategy and Investments team - from data mining to preparation of business case and securing investment committee's approval

- Interact and work with senior leaders on a continuous basis to pull together any analysis/materials needed to support business case creation and subsequent decision making

Lead the M&A and Fund-Raising projects:

- Identify/assist in sourcing and evaluate new business opportunities that fit with Skeiron Group's growth plans/existing businesses

- Prepare relevant material for fund raising (can be equity, debt, structured fund raising), conduct financial analysis for fund-raising processes and prepare contract(s)/relevant documentation

- Prepare the scenarios pertaining to the potential of the project and the risks associated for the lender's evaluation.

- Identifying and shortlisting the lending institution based on the lending solutions, terms and deal structures.

- Assume responsibility for preparation of all internal and external marketing materials/analyses/decks as may be required to support such transactions/fund raising exercises

- Balance the commercial goals of the organization with the capacity of the lender

- Support in interactions with counter party teams and in deal negotiations, due diligence, etc.

Strategic Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on business strategy and operational issues.

- Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

- Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
