JobPurposeThe purpose of the jobis to lead all wealth management activities within the assignedterritories/area ensuring the attainment of revenue and marketshare goals the establishment of the Tata Capital Wealth Managementbrand and the delivery of exceptional services to HNI and ultra HNIclients. Responsibilities:
ClientEngagement and RelationshipManagement:
  • AddressHNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements through anexclusive product bouquet and superior and seamless servicedelivery to assist clients in achieving their shortterm andlongterm investment goals via proper profiling and offering ofvarious Investment products.
  • ProfilingCustomers and provide financial products to meet customerneeds.
  • Direct closely with RelationshipManagers to support client portfolios and execute wealth managementstrategies.

MarketResearch andAnalysis:
  • Conductthorough research and analysis on investment products financialmarkets and economic trends to inform decisionmaking and enhanceclient portfolios.
  • Direct Relationship Managersto identify crossselling and upsellingopportunities.

FinancialPlanning andReporting:
  • Guide indeveloping personalized financial plans taking into considerationclients' unique goals risk tolerance andpreferences.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate andinsightful financial reports investment summaries and performancematrix for client presentations.
  • Set andachieve clusterlevel business targets including revenue AUM (AssetsUnder Management) and client acquisitiongoals.
Management andLeadership:
  • Owningand Establishing Tata Capital Wealth Management Brand for thearea.
  • Recruitment nurturing talent reviewingteam s performance for optimization ofrevenues.
  • CoOwning clients of theteam.
