We are seeking a highly experienced Fiber Cluster Head to lead our fiber planning, projects, and operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planning, project, and operations KPIs as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient fiber planning and budgeting strategies to increase fiber penetration for mobility and enterprise services.
  • Responsible for annual Capex and Opex forecast and control, ensuring optimal utilization of fiber Capex to deliver best-in-class and scalable fiber infrastructure.
  • Develop and operationalize regional operating models to meet organizational requirements, working closely with circle teams and MS partners.
  • Deliver planning, project, and operational KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high standard network uptime and quality of workmanship.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of telecom experience in fiber planning, project, and operations, with ability to manage in dynamic and challenging environments.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of transport operations model, technologies such as DWDM, SDH, EoSDH, IP/MPLS, TE, and QoS.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and strategic mindset to make win-win alliances with TSP partners and IRU partners.
