What would you be doing?.
- Collaborate with Airblack's business leaders and drive end-to-end talent recruitment and onboarding to meet all full-time and contractual talent needs across the organization.
- Own mass hiring for Airblack's inside sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Bonus: Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack's center expansion across North and West India.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of employees including onboarding, query resolution, retention, rewards and recognition, benefits, and exit management.
- Implement performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to boost talent retention and productivity across functions.
- Implement tooling and dashboards to track recruitment, employee health, and HR processes and give actionable insights to business leaders.
- Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees.
- Work directly with the leadership team on strategic team expansion and performance initiatives.
- You will be in the driving seat for crucial growth initiatives, as we scale Airblack's revenue and profitability by 10x in the next 2 years.
What makes you a suitable candidate?
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition roles with at least 3+ years in team handling.
- Previous experience working with inside sales-driven organizations is preferable.
- Experience with campus recruitment and Tier-2 recruiting is bonus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- You have a strong drive to own key metrics, are target-focused, and willing to both delegate and execute as and when needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the leadership and the team.
