Aro Australian Training Academy (AATA) is based in Melbourne, Australia. We are comprised of consultants and trainers specialising in education consultancy, certification awards, and training.


Aro Australian Training Academy is an Australian-based independent accreditation, vendor-neutral Training Provider specialising in Professional and Corporate Skill Development Training.

For years, we have served globally through various onshore and offshore collaborations with many corporate companies and third-party training providers to enhance the outcome of professional and corporate training skills to meet international standards.


We are expanding our service in India and seeking competent personnel to fill the remote position.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying Opportunities: Researching to identify potential markets, industries, and companies that could benefit from corporate training and certification programs.
  • Collaborative Agreements: Negotiating and securing partnerships for joint training programs, co-branded certifications, or exclusive content delivery.
  • Sales Strategy: Creating and executing sales plans that align with the company's business goals, focusing on selling corporate training and certification solutions.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gathering feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve training offerings and certification programs.


Qualifications

  • Proven record and experience in training business development or a directly related field, preferably within the corporate training, education, or professional development sectors.
  • Experience in the corporate training industry, understanding of certification processes, and familiarity with adult learning principles are highly beneficial.
  • Excellent negotiation, demonstration of solution and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in additional languages and a strong network connection are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
