Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at 2coms, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, scouting and managing projects, handling dealers and distributors, and generating leads and demand. You will also be responsible for delivering value and volume, preparing plans to achieve business objectives, and working towards achievement of targets as per budget. Additionally, you will assist dealers in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, communication, and timely service. You will also ensure the growth of core products along with new and focused products, analyze area level data to identify gaps, and drive necessary initiatives. Furthermore, you will explore and open new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the area, increase participation, implement channel initiatives schemes, and ensure control measures. You will also track and solve dealer queries timely to maintain productive relationships, ensure availability of material services and promotional tools to the dealer, and implement marketing plans, new launches, promotion, pricing, product mix, and distribution policies of the organization. Finally, you will control entire accounting and audit related queries, collect receivables as per organization's norms, and review credit worthiness of business associates and timely review of the same.
