Job Title: Store Manager - Payyavoor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Payyavoor store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective store operations and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain store visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store image.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
