Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Project Manager located in Pune. The Product Project Manager will be responsible for expediting and managing projects, including inspection, logistics management, and prioritizing tasks. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and development teams, to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Product Thinking: Understand the customer's offering and unique value proposition. Make suggestions to help the customer prioritize and build a more compelling online presence.
  • Innovation: Identify user journeys & products that Tuesday can build to help gain awareness among its ideal customer profiles.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans with user stories, timelines, and milestones. Also, monitor project progress and make adjustments if required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Be the primary point of contact between customers & delivery teams.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration & productive work environment.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence. Also, regular status reports for stakeholders should be generated.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in a web design & development agency is a plus
