Ultimately, an exceptional outside sales representative should demonstrate effective communication andcustomer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities● Regular Communication with Customers: Maintaining consistent communication with both current and potential customers is crucial. It helps in understanding their needs better and providing tailored solutions promptly● Overseeing Sales Activity: Monitoring and managing all sales activities within the assigned territory ensures efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets● Handling Prefixed Meetings: Working closely with the pre-sales team to capitalize on leads generated in-house and ensuring seamless handover for prefixed meetings● Identifying and Pursuing Sales Leads: Actively seeking out new sales leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline requires a proactive approach and keen attention to detail● Data-Centric Approach: Utilizing data-driven insights to develop smart and efficient processes enhances the overall customer experience and streamlines operations● Developing Sales Strategies: Crafting robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapting them as needed based on market dynamics ensures sustained success● Following Up on Leads: Consistent follow-up on business leads and referrals demonstrates commitment and helps in maintaining momentum throughout the sales process● Conducting Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcases the value proposition effectively, influencing purchasing decisions positivelyRequired Skills & Qualifications● Minimum 2 - 7 years of experience● Open to travel on sites for meetings● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills● Experience working in construction or real estate is a plus● Willingness to learn and open to new challenges● Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvementWhat We Offer● Competitive salary● Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, tech-first construction brand● Exposure to high-impact, on-ground partnership and business development● A collaborative and energetic team culture
