Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various recruitment techniques, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through creative and personalized outreach.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Offer Management:
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and closing candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the offer process.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
