Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and strong SQL expertise. Youll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support OMS integration, and contribute to the optimization of data workflows within the investment Responsibilities :


- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements

- Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and functions

- Troubleshoot and enhance existing SQL logic for better performance

- Support the implementation and enhancement of OMS platforms (Charles River, Aladdin, Everest)

- Manage work using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira

- Collaborate with developers and QA teams through Git/version control Skills :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong command of SQL (complex queries, debugging procedures/functions)

- Hands-on experience with at least one OMS platform (Charles River / Aladdin / Everest)

- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Skills :

- Reporting tools: SSRS, SSIS, Power BI

- Exposure to programming: Python, .NET, or Java

- Experience working with Azure Cloud

- Knowledge of financial platforms such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, ClearPar, CTM (Omgeo), or MarketAxess
