You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps).- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.- Create and manage detailed project documentation (project plans, schedules, status reports, etc.- Ensure adherence to agile/scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.- Proactively identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.- Oversee software quality by collaborating with QA teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.- Track project performance and KPIs; use data to improve project efficiency and outcomes.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.- 5-7 years of experience in managing software development projects.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.- Technical background or hands-on development experience is highly preferred.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or ClickUp.- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is a plus.Soft Skills:- High attention to detail and organizational skills.- Problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.- Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
