Description : About the Role :We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects from inception through delivery.You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.- Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery.- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.- Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar, and report status updates to senior management and stakeholders.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as applicable.- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.Requirements : Experience : - 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing technical projects.- Proven track record of delivering software, infrastructure, or IT projects successfully.Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies.- Familiarity with technical environments such as software development, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or DevOps.- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholder (ref:hirist.tech)
