We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Lead to spearhead our BFSI vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in client servicing, business growth, team management, and a deep understanding of the Martech ecosystem.

Key Lead the BFSI business unit, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

- Drive revenue growth and meet business targets for this vertical.

- Manage and mentor a team of account managers, campaign managers, and other specialists.

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, building trusted advisory relationships.

- Oversee the delivery of Martech solutions and campaign execution with high quality and ROI.

- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, tech, data, creative) to deliver integrated solutions.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging Martech tools to drive innovation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in the Martech domain.

- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Solid understanding of Martech platforms, CRM, data-driven campaigns, and analytics.

- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, insurance or other BFSI clients is preferred.
