Key Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management & Growth Strategy:

- Develop and manage strategic client relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and growth partner.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans tailored to maximize client success on the IndiaMART platform.

Business Development & Sales:

- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue generation.

- Deliver compelling presentations and effectively negotiate contracts to secure high-value agreements.

- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.

Exceptional Customer Service:

- Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, fostering trust and open communication.

- Be a champion for client success within IndiaMART, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on key account management.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving exceptional client satisfaction in a competitive environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex client challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive approach
