Roles and Responsibilities

Business Head –Unsecured Loans

Reporting to- CBO

Geography- PAN India

Location- Delhi NCR

- Looking for senior professionals (- years of experience) with substantial experience and proven track record in scaling up unsecured (PL & BL) business.

- As BH, the responsibility will be to scale up the current book size and expand the business in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

-Should be managing a large team.

- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up systems & processes for sales targets & delivery, recruitment & retention, manpower allocation as per relevant norms, training & development of team, capability building of field force.

- Proper compliance & adherence to policy.

- Maintaining turnaround time (TAT).

- Create a working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.

- Conduct trend analysis, benchmark competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.

- Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.

- Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors.

- Develop & implement an overall collections framework.

- Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.

- Closely associated with all support groups.

- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business

- Establish team performance metrics and expectations and regularly review performance

- Identify training needs and provide skill based training to enhance the capabilities of the team.
