National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve the Revenue & EBIDTA Target in the publishing segment
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Ensure coordination with:
- Costing department to get competitive prices for every enquiry
- Planning and production department to ensure smooth execution of each order as per the quality parameter specified by the customer and delivery as per the schedule.
- Accounts department for proper documentation & billing & for further process
- Supply Chain for timely procurement of raw material.
- Collection & receivables team for the payment follow up
- Ensure the TAT is met, and quality issues are addressed – SFI98%
- Error free and timely documentation i.e questionnaire, factory profile, and other compliance returns w.r.t clients code of conduct
- Study and analyse market, customer, competition of the said Segment and generate business plan
- Look for new range of services/solutions based on the Segment trends, market feedback and customer expectations.
- Ensure the client is updated on the job status
- closely work with clients on New Product development
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
- Any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by reporting manager
