Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to achieve the Revenue & EBIDTA Target in the publishing segment
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives



Ensure coordination with:

  • Costing department to get competitive prices for every enquiry
  • Planning and production department to ensure smooth execution of each order as per the quality parameter specified by the customer and delivery as per the schedule.
  • Accounts department for proper documentation & billing & for further process
  • Supply Chain for timely procurement of raw material.
  • Collection & receivables team for the payment follow up


  • Ensure the TAT is met, and quality issues are addressed – SFI98%
  • Error free and timely documentation i.e questionnaire, factory profile, and other compliance returns w.r.t clients code of conduct
  • Study and analyse market, customer, competition of the said Segment and generate business plan
  • Look for new range of services/solutions based on the Segment trends, market feedback and customer expectations.
  • Ensure the client is updated on the job status
  • closely work with clients on New Product development
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by reporting manager
