If you can take a trend, build a brand moment, and drive results while leading your team with ownership, this is for you.What You’ll Be DoingDriveplatform-wise content strategyacross Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & emerging formats Understandviral-worthy content: What works, why it works, and how to build it in real time Apply performance marketing thinking to organic content - every post should push a metric Use analytics tomeasure, learn, and scalecontent - what grows, stays Own client relationships and manage internal teams with clarity, direction, and enthusiasm Write clear briefs, ensure on-time execution, and guide content creators and designers Lead reporting, insights, and campaign performance with regular growth updates Bringenergy and accountabilityto your accounts, you're not just managing, you're leadingWhat You Bring3–5 years in social media strategy, content planning, or digital account management Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances—especially reels, carousels, hooks, UGC, etc. Quick thinking and creative instincts when it comes totrends, formats, and storytelling Growth-first mindset: you know how to use numbers to tell a story and shape strategy Experience working across multiple accounts and coordinating with design/copy teams Leadership: you're proactive, organised, and bring people along with your clarity and passion A love for brands, culture, and creative problem-solvingBonus If You:Have worked in a performance-led agency Understand creator economy/influencer-led campaigns Have built campaigns that went viral organically Are skilled in reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, Meta SuiteWhat You’ll GetWork with high-growth Indian and international brands Opportunity to co-own creative output - not just coordinate Strong systems to support you, but the freedom to shape the work A fast-growing, transparent and collaborative culture A playground, not an agency - where experimentation is encouragedExcited?We are too.
