We enable developers, brokers, and real-estate businesses to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support the company’s rapid growth.Role OverviewThe Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures. - Monitor revenue recognition and subscription billing (if applicable).Budgeting & Forecasting- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and variance analysis. - Track expenditure against budget and highlight deviations to management.Compliance & Controls- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions. - Strengthen internal financial controls and streamline accounting systems/processes.Cash Flow & Vendor Management- Oversee cash flow management, banking operations, and fund planning. - Manage vendor payments, negotiations, and reconciliation. - Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for client payments.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial insights. - Support business decisions with data-driven analysis and financial modeling.RequirementsEducation- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. - CA/Inter CA preferred (not mandatory).Experience- 4–8 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in SaaS/tech or real estate domains. - Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.Skills- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar). - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling proptech environment. - Ownership and autonomy in building financial systems from the ground up. - Collaborative, growth-focused work culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their resume at hr.ppm@propacity.in with the subject line “Application for Accounts Manager – [Your Name]”.
