Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive product growth, user acquisition, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies. This is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with cross-functional teams to scale Hoopr's adoption and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Growth & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to maximize impact.
  • Use data analytics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to optimize user funnels.

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, , YouTube) to drive acquisition & conversion.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to track and optimize ad spend.
  • Develop and execute retargeting & lead nurturing campaigns.

SaaS Product Metrics & Analysis

  • Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and churn rates to improve product engagement.
  • Define & track key SaaS growth metrics like CAC, LTV, activation rates & retention.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to drive growth at scale.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage & mentor a team of 3-5 marketers (performance, content, and growth).
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to ensure marketing success.
  • Conduct competitive analysis & market research to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Market Research and GTM strategy, positioning, and demand generation.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Performance Marketing (SaaS or tech-based products preferred).
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing & leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics – cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, retention, churn.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google, Meta, Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager CRM & automation tools.
