Job Title: Head of Finance - Digital Energy SolutionsLocation: Chennai, IndiaIndustry: IT / IoT / Energy / UtilitiesKey Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.- Collaborate with global teams (KSA, Africa, USA) to align financial strategies and reporting.- Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.- Prepare detailed cost-benefit analysis and margin optimization reports for new and existing projects.- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.- Drive financial reporting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Project Management) to support business decisions with financial insights.- Support external audits and ensure robust internal controls are in place.- Contribute to strategic planning and business modeling initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred).- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Technology/Product/Consulting environments.- Proven experience working with cross-border teams (KSA, Africa, USA) and understanding of international business practices.- Strong understanding of multiple pricing models including software licensing and project consulting.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
