Role Description We are seeking a full-time Operational Specialist for an entry-level position (0–1 year of relevant experience). Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will support core functions across HR, administration, finance, and legal operations, while assisting with sales, marketing, brand building, and social media initiatives. You will work collaboratively to drive operational excellence and advance Puviyan’s sustainability mission. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR, administrative, finance, and legal operations to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist with payroll processing, vendor management, and maintaining records in HRMS and accounting platforms Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities Help maintain statutory compliance and current documentation Contribute to contract review, legal documentation, and internal communications Collaborate across teams to advance sales, marketing, and branding strategies Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content for marketing campaigns and social media Monitor campaign performance and engage with online audiences Help optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and support sustainability goals Foster teamwork and clear information flow to cultivate a positive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or related field 0–1 year of relevant experience or internships in HR, administration, finance, or legal operations Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, accounting software, and productivity tools (or willingness to learn) Experience or interest in social media management, marketing, or brand support Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills High attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with integrity Demonstrated interest in sustainability and technology is a plus Ability to work full-time on-site in Chennai Join a purpose-driven team where operational expertise and a strong brand voice create measurable impact for business and community.
