Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will support core functions across HR, administration, finance, and legal operations, while assisting with sales, marketing, brand building, and social media initiatives. You will work collaboratively to drive operational excellence and advance Puviyan’s sustainability mission.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily HR, administrative, finance, and legal operations to ensure accuracy and complianceAssist with payroll processing, vendor management, and maintaining records in HRMS and accounting platformsParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activitiesHelp maintain statutory compliance and current documentationContribute to contract review, legal documentation, and internal communicationsCollaborate across teams to advance sales, marketing, and branding strategiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and managing content for marketing campaigns and social mediaMonitor campaign performance and engage with online audiencesHelp optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and support sustainability goalsFoster teamwork and clear information flow to cultivate a positive workplace cultureQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or related field0–1 year of relevant experience or internships in HR, administration, finance, or legal operationsFamiliarity with HRMS, payroll, accounting software, and productivity tools (or willingness to learn)Experience or interest in social media management, marketing, or brand supportStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with integrityDemonstrated interest in sustainability and technology is a plusAbility to work full-time on-site in ChennaiJoin a purpose-driven team where operational expertise and a strong brand voice create measurable impact for business and community.
