This role is ideal for someone who enjoys product development, global trend research, and coordinating end-to-end export operations — from concept to shipment.Roles and Responsibilities Lead a small creative team to design and develop seasonal collections for international buyers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sample development, ensuring design alignment, quality, and timely delivery. Oversee export orders, managing production, quality checks, and shipment timelines. Create digital mockups, patterns, and catalogue layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or AI tools. Collaborate with photography and marketing teams to develop buyer presentations and catalogues. Curate showroom and trade fair displays showcasing new collections. Stay updated with global home décor and textile trends to drive design innovation.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inDesign, Fashion, Textiles , or related field. 5+ years of experiencein export merchandising (preferably home décor or textiles). Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite, Procreate, or similar). Excellent communication, vendor management, and coordination skills.
