Note: We're prioritizing immediate joiners Graphic Designer (On-site | Mumbai | Real Estate) Location: Mumbai, India (In-person | BKC Office) Type: Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Saturday | 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM Salary: INR 2.5 - 6 LPA About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to execute a wide range of visual design tasks across digital and print formats. This is a high-ownership creative role—ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable creative work, has a sharp eye for layout and alignment, and is comfortable producing print-ready files with accuracy and speed. From employee IDs and merchandise to brochures and LinkedIn posts, you’ll own day-to-day design execution across the company. What You’ll Do Design and export print-ready graphics for: a) Employee IDs, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, office signage b) Branded brochures, client proposals, investor decks, stationery, merchandise c) Welcome kits, T-shirts, diaries, notepads, mugs, tissue boxes, etc. Create digital graphics for: a) Holiday creatives, event announcements, hiring posts, ad banners, etc. b) Regular LinkedIn posts and internal company updates Build and maintain a basic content calendar for social media Support the visual design (using Figma, Canva, or similar) and upkeep of the company website, incorporating SEO and UX best practices Design visual assets for press releases, news articles, conferences, CSR campaigns, and exhibitions Coordinate with vendors for printing, packaging, and merchandise production Ensure all assets follow brand standards and are delivered in proper formats (PNG, PDF, SVG, CDR, AI, etc.) What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design , preferably in a corporate or agency setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CorelDRAW (CDR experience a big plus) Comfortable using Canva or Figma to create lightweight web/social visuals Ability to design consistently across formats: print, social, presentations Strong sense of layout, alignment, spacing, and hierarchy Experience exporting files for print and vendor delivery Experience creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and web assets Comfort with fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and tight deadlines Based in Mumbai and available for full-time, in-person work from our BKC office Nice-to-Have: Experience with content or marketing design in real estate, architecture, or civic domains Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (Webflow/Wix/WordPress), and LinkedIn design specs Exposure to content marketing strategies and B2B brand-building Why Join Us?
