Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive at Advertric Media Solution. As an HR Executive, Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ensures a seamless candidate experience, maintains applicant tracking systems, and supports the onboarding process for new hires. Manages recruitment marketing efforts and stays updated on industry best practices to attract top talent.

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience required.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Any Graduate/ Graduate from Human Resources is preffered.
