Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in recruitment, with a focus on learning, sourcing talent, and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms.

Initial Screening:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Build rapport with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist senior recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.

Documentation:

  • Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate information in the database.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to improve sourcing strategies.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
