- Lead the evaluation and underwriting of MSME borrowers with turnovers up to - 100 crore and exposures up to - 25-30 crore. Ensure robust credit risk management, financial analysis, and policy compliance while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to bank policies and processes.

2. Maintain efficient credit turnaround times and productivity.

3. Regularly engage with clients and stakeholders.

4. Monitor and minimize asset quality issues.

5. Identify and address potential account vulnerabilities.

6. Resolve audit queries promptly.

7. Oversee portfolio reviews, renewals, and security creation.

8. Drive enhancements in credit processes and policies.

9. Manage vendor relationships.

10. Facilitate team development and Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 16-18 years of MSME credit experience with leading private sector banks.

- Experience in a national or zonal credit head role.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in MSME working capital and term loan proposals.

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and credit policy formulation.

- Experience in audit management and team leadership (20-25 members).

- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
