- Minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience

- 3+ years in pharmaceutical and forecasting space

Forecasting and Model Development:

- Support significant growth and sophistication in forecasting.

- Build new forecasts and improve existing forecast models using past engagement data.

- Develop forecasting capabilities and proprietary assets to identify and size new business opportunities.

Technical and Soft Skills:

- Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking.

- Consultative problem-solving approach.

- Customer orientation and strong collaboration skills.

- Exceptional analytical skills for extracting insights from complex datasets.

- Expertise in Forecasting, Business Analytics, Analog Analysis, Strategic Planning, Pipeline Analysis, Business Development, Market Research.

- Experience with secondary data and syndicated databases.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/VBA and MS PowerPoint (SAS, R, Python is a plus).

- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

- Persuasive and credible communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.

Domain Experience:

- Deep experience in pharmaceutical forecasting.

- Forecasting for in-line, pipeline, launch brands, generics, and branded generics.

- Support for business development and licensing activities in pharma.

- Patient-level and trend-based forecasting.

- Forecast model development using Excel and VBA.

- Forecast management for inline brands.

- Expertise in data sources/data marts (Ex-factory, IMS, Kantar, Euromonitor, DR, etc.).

- Analog analysis for product pricing and market shares.

- Proficient in secondary desk research and epidemiology research with syndicated databases.
